Job Summary

A company in the Information Technology industry is looking for a Documentation & Technical Writing Manager.

Position Responsibilities

• Guide the direction and enhancement of the company's documentation
• Manage a team of Technical Writers who develop documentation for developer audiences
• Create process improvements and collaborate with teams to ensure products are easy to learn and rapidly adopted

Qualifications

• Experience leading and writing excellent documentation for developers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Experience interacting with engineering and other internal and external groups to define deliverables, priorities, and processes
• Ability to quickly understand the organization's needs and develop a plan in response
• Experience working with docs-as-code, with knowledge of Markdown, Git, GitHub, and project management tools
• Experience working remotely
