DoD Capture Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development (BD) / Capture Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify strategic opportunities within DoD and IC IT modernization markets
• Develop comprehensive capture plans and lead cross-functional pursuit teams
• Translate capture strategy into compelling proposal messaging and oversee post-submission activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5-10 years of experience in capture management or business development in the federal technology sector
• At least 3 years of experience in Mission Support roles on Defense and/or Intelligence Community Contracts
• Demonstrated success in leading the capture of federal IT contracts with significant wins
• Active Secret clearance required; ability to obtain Top Secret clearance preferred
