DoD Infrastructure Change Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise infrastructure, the full-time Infrastructure Change Manager will manage IT operations, ensure security compliance, and lead project management efforts while working onsite in Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including VMs, servers, and storage for DoD clients
• Create detailed work plans and schedules for infrastructure-related projects, including OS upgrades and datacenter shutdowns
• Ensure security and compliance by managing weekly ACAS reports and adhering to DoD security standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT/change infrastructure management for mid-size datacenters
• Strong knowledge of enterprise servers, storage, and security protocols (Windows, Linux, SQL, MongoDB, Oracle)
• Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
• 8140 compliance: Must be compliant with DoD 8140 standards or obtain compliance certifications within 90 days
