DoD Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to support the SABRE program at Hanscom AFB, MA.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and foster strong customer relationships to ensure program success
• Act as a key conduit between the Government PMO, service providers, and Contractor personnel for effective communication
• Allocate and oversee resources to meet program objectives and deliverables

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• BS degree and 12+ years of experience in commercial or Government Program Management within DoD programs; or MS degree and 10+ years of experience
• Proven expertise in leading large-scale IT or cloud-based projects supporting Federal agencies
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, overseeing budgets, schedules, and performance metrics
• Strong understanding of Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance and DoD acquisition processes
• Ability to implement Agile, DevSecOps, and ITIL best practices in a high-security environment
