DoD Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crane Program Manager to lead execution under a high-impact Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) Task Order.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex RDT&E efforts with multi-project oversight for missile, shipboard, and aircraft energy systems
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate communication across stakeholders and subcontractors
• Ensure timely delivery of project documentation and compliance with performance thresholds

Required Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• 7+ years of relevant experience in DoD R&D program management
• Prior experience managing work at Crane and understanding of its organizational structure
• Familiarity with MIPR processes and rapid subcontractor onboarding
• Strong knowledge of DFARS and DoD acquisition standards
