DoD Project Scheduler

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Master Project Scheduler with a SECRET clearance, the full-time position will manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for multiple Department of Defense programs, focusing on software development and integration while collaborating with program leadership to ensure successful execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for various DoD programs
• Author Integrated Program Management Reports (IPMR) and deliver schedule performance metrics to government customers
• Perform schedule health assessments, critical path analysis, and develop recovery plans for at-risk milestones

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12-15 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 10-13 years of experience
• Extensive experience in developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules for complex DoD acquisition programs
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Project
• Experience with Agile methodologies and integrating various engineering activities into schedules
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
