Job Summary
A company is looking for a Task Lead - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor staff workload and ensure completion of tasks
- Provide feedback and training to team members and the Operations Supervisor
- Assist with benefit payment processing and research complex inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Public Trust Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years, or a High School Diploma with 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in employee benefits, claims processing, or related fields
- Currently working on the PBGC contract
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
