DoD Public Trust Task Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Task Lead - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor staff workload and ensure completion of tasks
• Provide feedback and training to team members and the Operations Supervisor
• Assist with benefit payment processing and research complex inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Public Trust Security Clearance
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 4 years, or a High School Diploma with 6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in employee benefits, claims processing, or related fields
• Currently working on the PBGC contract
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
