Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full hiring cycle for cleared programs, focusing on quality, speed, and compliance
• Consult with hiring managers to create job descriptions and screen candidates effectively
• Source talent through various channels and build a pipeline of passive candidates

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in polygraph-level positions
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Skilled in offer negotiation and knowledgeable about employment legislation and market trends
• Expertise in Boolean search techniques and sourcing passive candidates
• US Citizenship is required
