Job Summary
A company is looking for a DoD Safe Helpline Shift Manager to lead and support a dedicated team providing virtual supervision and guidance for the Safe Helpline.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise hotline staff, ensuring adherence to operational policies and quality assurance
- Provide direct support to individuals affected by sexual violence, responding to calls and chats
- Monitor performance, provide training, and document staff evaluations and concerns
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a relevant field
- 2+ years of experience managing paid staff in a crisis intervention or social services environment
- Crisis hotline/intervention experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
- Must pass background checks and be comfortable discussing issues surrounding sexual violence
