Job Summary

A company is looking for a DoD Safe Helpline Shift Manager to lead and support a dedicated team providing virtual supervision and guidance for the Safe Helpline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise hotline staff, ensuring adherence to operational policies and quality assurance
  • Provide direct support to individuals affected by sexual violence, responding to calls and chats
  • Monitor performance, provide training, and document staff evaluations and concerns
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience managing paid staff in a crisis intervention or social services environment
  • Crisis hotline/intervention experience
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
  • Must pass background checks and be comfortable discussing issues surrounding sexual violence
