Key Responsibilities

- Provide direct support to individuals affected by sexual violence through calls and chats
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a relevant field
- 2+ years of experience managing paid staff in a crisis intervention or social services setting
- Crisis hotline/intervention experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
- Must be 18 years of age or older and pass background checks
