Job Summary

A company is looking for a DoD Safe Helpline Shift Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage hotline staff, ensuring adherence to operational policies and procedures
• Monitor helpline sessions, provide training, and evaluate staff performance
• Provide direct support to individuals affected by sexual violence through calls and chats

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a relevant field
• 2+ years of experience managing paid staff in a crisis intervention or social services setting
• Crisis hotline/intervention experience
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
• Must be 18 years of age or older and pass background checks
