Job Summary

A company is looking for a DoD Safe Helpline Shift Manager to lead and support a team providing effective support to Safe Helpline users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage hotline staff, ensuring compliance with operational policies and procedures
  • Monitor helpline sessions, provide training, and evaluate employee performance
  • Provide direct support to individuals in the DoD community affected by sexual violence


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience managing paid staff, preferably in environments with multiple work shifts
  • Previous experience in crisis hotline/intervention or related fields
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during stressful situations
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
