Job Summary
A company is looking for a DoD Safe Helpline Shift Manager to lead and support a team providing effective support to Safe Helpline users.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage hotline staff, ensuring compliance with operational policies and procedures
- Monitor helpline sessions, provide training, and evaluate employee performance
- Provide direct support to individuals in the DoD community affected by sexual violence
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a relevant field
- 2+ years of experience managing paid staff, preferably in environments with multiple work shifts
- Previous experience in crisis hotline/intervention or related fields
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during stressful situations
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
