Job Summary

A company is looking for a DoD Safe Helpline Shift Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise hotline staff, ensuring adherence to operational policies and quality assurance
  • Provide direct support to DoD community members affected by sexual violence through calls and chats
  • Monitor performance, conduct evaluations, and provide ongoing training and feedback to staff


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in crisis hotline/intervention or related fields
  • Previous supervisory or management experience
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
  • Must be comfortable discussing issues surrounding sexual violence
