DoD Secret Business Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DST Business Architect to lead the refinement of government and user requirements into detailed Use Cases and Concept of Operations for development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the refinement of high-level government and user requirements into detailed Use Cases and CONOPS
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to clarify requirements, data needs, and operational impacts
• Support technical analysis and provide feedback during testing phases to enhance system readiness

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Army processes and DST operations, or 12+ years with a Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience in refining government requirements into technical deliverables and CONOPS
• Strong understanding of Army policies, processes, and data related to DST
• Ability to analyze and support technical testing beyond traditional test cases
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one
