Job Summary
To support North America Public Sector clients, the full-time remote DoD Secret Clearance Customer Success Executive will manage success planning and technical initiatives, partnering with System Integrators to ensure clients maximize the benefits of the company's products and platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success plans with milestones to achieve business objectives
- Lead implementation efforts and create migration roadmaps for applicable workloads and applications
- Act as the Voice of the Customer, sharing insights and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software from a customer success or technical consulting background
- Proven experience in technical project planning and execution management
- Familiarity with DevOps and agile concepts, as well as public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud)
- Experience with Salesforce.com and other CRM and analytics solutions
- Active DoD Secret clearance required; Top Secret preferred
