• Bachelor's Degree with 4-8 years of experience or Master's Degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience
• Expertise in multiple complex work assignments requiring originality and innovation
• Ability to operate with latitude in developing methodologies and presenting solutions
• Experience in analyzing and designing software and databases
