Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Data Strategy & Insights Analyst (DoD Secret | Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and clarify business and functional data requirements
• Analyze existing data workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend operational improvements
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports, ensuring metrics are accurate and well-defined

Required Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis or business analysis within complex or regulated environments
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering
• Proficient in SQL for querying and validating data
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or Qlik (or comparable BI tools)
• Ability to communicate data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
