Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Support Service NOW/SharePoint professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver engineering solutions for Microsoft Office 365 collaboration services
• Support Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and related products including Power Platform
• Oversee project management and service delivery for ITSM initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Active DOD Secret clearance is mandatory
• Current IAT Level III Certification required
• One of the following certifications: CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related technical field
• 10-15 years of experience in engineering management for Microsoft collaboration services
