DoD Secret Licensed MBSE Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing digital-engineering community, the full-time remote DoD Secret Licensed MBSE Architect will lead the development of operational and system architecture using MBSE methodologies, manage system models, and drive the adoption of digital engineering strategies across the program lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of architecture for JTMS using MBSE methodologies and DoDAF/UAF frameworks
• Develop and manage system models in SysML/UML, ensuring full traceability of requirements and workflows
• Drive the adoption of digital thread and model-driven decision support throughout the program lifecycle

Required qualifications

• U.S. citizenship with an active DoD Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one
• 7+ years of experience designing enterprise or solution architectures for large-scale IT programs in DoD or similar environments
• Demonstrated systems-engineering capability with experience in modeling complex systems
• Working proficiency with SysML/UML modeling tools and familiarity with architecture frameworks such as DoDAF or UAF
• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
