Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Hosting Service Delivery Lead, Associate Director, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee hosting service development, ensuring alignment with business requirements and operational effectiveness
• Manage cross-functional teams to implement hosting services and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize processes and optimize hosting infrastructure across various environments

Required Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 10 years of experience
• Experience in IT hosting service delivery and hosting infrastructure operations
• Proven leadership experience in managing technical hosting projects or programs
• Financial management experience, including Annual Operating Plan (AOP) creation
• Experience working with or managing delivery by a managed services provider
