Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Hosting Service Delivery Lead, Associate Director, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee hosting service development and sustainment while improving performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and aligned hosting service delivery across technical domains
• Lead initiatives to enhance automation and streamline hosting operational processes

Required Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 10 years experience
• Experience in IT hosting service delivery or hosting infrastructure operations
• Experience with team leadership or management on technical hosting projects/programs
• Financial management experience, including Annual Operating Plan (AOP) creation
• Experience working with or managing delivery by a managed services provider
