Job Summary
Providing 24x7x365 support for mission-critical outages, the full-time fully remote Mission-Critical Outage Support Specialist will manage technical coordination, root-cause analysis, and status reporting for critical outages affecting DLA enterprise infrastructure applications and services.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide on-call support for mission-critical outages and respond rapidly to high-priority incidents
- Coordinate technical response teams and maintain a chronological outage timeline documenting actions and communications
- Support post-event reviews and document corrective actions to prevent recurrence of outages
Required qualifications:
- Active Department of Defense Secret clearance required
- Minimum six years of progressive information technology experience
- At least three years supporting hardware, software, or enterprise service operations
- Experience in diagnosing and resolving technical problems in enterprise environments
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Major Incident Management and ITIL incident/problem management
