Job Summary
As the primary technical point of contact for customers on the Game Warden platform, the full-time Enterprise Customer Operations Engineer will resolve incidents, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure the health and performance of customer environments in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage support requests and troubleshoot incidents across complex cloud-native environments
- Investigate technical issues related to Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and application deployments
- Monitor customer environments to proactively identify and mitigate operational risks
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in technical support engineering or related fields
- Solid experience with cloud-native applications on Kubernetes and major cloud providers
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience in customer-facing environments
- Familiarity with secure software delivery practices and compliance-driven environments
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance
