DoD Security Cleared Systems Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Administrator III to support mission-critical satellite tracking and secure government systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain operation of computer systems and perform upgrades as necessary
• Consult with support teams and customers to resolve technical issues and coordinate maintenance activities
• Utilize system software to monitor performance and manage data for operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Active DoD SECRET clearance or higher
• DoD 8140.03 compliant certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP) or ability to obtain within 60 days
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 5 years of experience, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and Unix
• Experience with server hardware, virtualization technologies, and cloud platforms
