Job Summary
Supporting the Department of Justice, the full-time remote JCIS Business Policy Analyst will manage technical support operations for biometric systems, strategize with stakeholders on new requirements, and serve as a subject-matter expert on biometric standards and policies.
Key responsibilities
- Strategize with Service Owner and program stakeholders to develop fiscal year roadmaps for biometric business and technical requirements
- Manage technical support operations for biometric systems, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements and federal standards
- Analyze and evaluate existing policies to ensure alignment with legal requirements and assist in drafting new policies and amendments
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT focused on IT service management, system auditing, and policies
- 5+ years of program management and leadership experience
- Significant understanding of project management fundamentals
- Experience with biometric standards and CJIS Security Policy preferred
- Ability to obtain a DOJ public trust clearance
