DOJO Trainer

Job Summary

Focused on designing and delivering structured training programs, the full-time DOJO Trainer will conduct hands-on training sessions, facilitate learning for diverse groups, and support skill enhancement initiatives at the DOJO Training Centre.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions, including practical demonstrations and skill assessments
• Execute and customize training programs based on defined calendars and skill gaps
• Maintain training records, prepare materials, and ensure DOJO stations are ready for training

Required qualifications

• Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong knowledge in mechanical/electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and quality tools
• Ability to deliver practical, hands-on technical training
• Familiarity with MS Office, SAP (basic), and digital training tools
• Strong communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi
