Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily interactions with the American public regarding labor-related questions
  • Utilize customer service skills to support consumers with inquiries about paychecks, government agencies, and workplace safety
  • Use cloud-based telephony system and CRM tool for research and information gathering

Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED certificate
  • Minimum of two years call center customer service experience
  • Computer and keyboarding skills for accurate data recording
  • Ability to respond to inquiries from physically impaired callers using appropriate equipment
  • Equivalent to a low-risk public trust background investigation
