Domain Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Domain Architect to lead the evolution of its platform architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and define target-state domain architecture, identifying convergence opportunities and reducing technical debt
• Design and implement a scalable integration strategy between various systems, ensuring long-term technical excellence
• Lead cross-functional discussions on modernization strategy, balancing short-term delivery with long-term scalability

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior or principal architecture role
• Proven expertise in designing architectures in high-scale, multi-product environments (Rails, Node.js, React Native preferred)
• Deep understanding of domain-driven design (DDD) and service decomposition
• Strong AWS architecture experience and familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Experience in defining and implementing CI/CD pipelines and observability stacks
