Job Summary

A company is looking for a Domain & Functional Testing Capability Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams of Test Engineers, Test Data Managers, and Business Analysts
• Develop and implement strategies for functional testing excellence
• Oversee the development of comprehensive test plans and ensure test coverage across all functional areas

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or comparable experience
• 10+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Strong domain knowledge in relevant business areas and extensive experience in functional testing methodologies
• Experience with test management tools and methodologies
• Proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
