Domestic Traffic Analyst

Job Summary

To keep US shipments moving on time and on budget, the full-time Domestic Traffic Analyst will coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and 3PLs remotely while managing logistics costs and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery at 92% or higher for wholesale and DTC shipments
• Manage domestic freight and logistics costs to stay at or below 5% of COGS
• Respond to carrier, forwarder, warehouse, or 3PL issues within 24 hours

Required qualifications

• Strong knowledge of global logistics, including Incoterms and customs rules
• Experience coordinating air, rail, and truck shipments
• Proficiency with TMS (transportation management) tools and ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
• Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
• Proactive mindset with a hands-on attitude towards problem-solving
