Domestic Transportation Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the Domestic Transportation team, the full-time Domestic Transportation Coordinator will manage shipment logistics, oversee delivery schedules, and track KPI metrics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee logistics and order tracking for store supply shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Manage and maintain an accurate release schedule for transportation runs to facilitate seamless pickups and deliveries
• Track and review weekly metrics to ensure KPI goals are achieved and monitor freight payment processes

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
• Hands-on experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is essential
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Google Suite applications and familiarity with financial applications such as Workday
• Strong analytical skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
