Donor Care Specialist

Job Summary

Overseeing the day-to-day entry and processing of donor data, the full-time remote Donor Care Specialist will ensure accuracy in CRM data management while providing exceptional customer service to donors and collaborating with leadership on special projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage data entry and processing of donor information and donations into the CRM, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
• Serve as the primary contact for outsourced customer service agents, addressing escalated issues and inquiries
• Lead training and process improvements for data management and donor acknowledgment, ensuring adherence to service level agreements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 2 or more years of experience, with a preference for 1-2 years in a non-profit environment
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce NPSP software
• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or donor-facing experience
• Working knowledge of nonprofit organizations
