Donor Communications Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Donor Communications Manager, this role will manage annual fundraising campaigns, create compelling donor content, and conduct prospect research to enhance donor engagement and support the Jewish service movement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the project management and execution of major annual fundraising campaigns and grassroots fundraising efforts
• Write and produce donor communications, including newsletters, stewardship materials, and segmented outreach
• Conduct prospect research and prepare briefing documents to support frontline fundraisers in donor meetings

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of professional writing experience in fundraising, nonprofit communications, or a related field
• Experience planning and executing multi-channel fundraising campaigns
• Familiarity with prospect research tools and techniques
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines
• Experience with Salesforce or an equivalent CRM is preferred
