A company is looking for a Gifts Processing/Donor Database Manager to oversee donor and grant management using Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce donor and grant management database, ensuring data integrity and quality
• Process incoming gifts and acknowledgments while supporting donor engagement efforts
• Collaborate with various teams to track fundraising goals and provide data-driven insights for decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience managing a CRM database, preferably Salesforce, including reporting and data entry
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with CRM database configuration and implementation
• Understanding of fundraising cycles and donor engagement strategies
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
