A company is looking for a Gifts Processing and Donor Database Manager to oversee the Salesforce donor and grant management database.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Salesforce donor and grant management database, ensuring data integrity and quality
• Process incoming gifts, including data entry and donor acknowledgments, in compliance with IRS regulations
• Collaborate with development teams to track fundraising goals and provide administrative support

Required Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience managing a CRM database, preferably Salesforce, with a focus on reporting and data entry
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with CRM database configuration and implementation
• Understanding of fundraising cycles, donor engagement strategies, and stewardship
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
