Donor Development Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Executive Director and Director of Donor Development, the full-time remote Donor Development Manager will cultivate and manage a portfolio of donors, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth for maternal and child health initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a diversified donor revenue portfolio while identifying and securing new prospects
• Engage and mobilize volunteers to meet fundraising goals and enhance mission impact
• Utilize CRM systems to track donor relationships and ensure data integrity for strategic planning

Required qualifications:

• Proven success in securing major and planned gifts
• Experience in cultivating corporate partnerships
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships across various sectors and communities
• Successful track record in recruiting and retaining high-level volunteers and board members
• Experience in planning and executing successful fundraising events
