Donor Development Manager

Job Summary

To support maternal and child health initiatives, the full-time Donor Development Manager will cultivate and manage a portfolio of donors, develop strategic partnerships, and mobilize volunteers, all while working remotely from Chicago, IL.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a diversified donor revenue portfolio, ensuring revenue goal achievement
• Develop and steward relationships with donors and corporate partners to drive mission impact and revenue growth
• Engage and recruit volunteer leaders to support fundraising and advocacy efforts throughout the year

• Proven success in securing major and planned gifts
• Experience in cultivating corporate partnerships
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships across diverse sectors and communities
• Successful track record in recruiting and retaining high-level volunteers
• Strong event planning and execution skills
