Donor Development Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Executive Director and Director of Donor Development, the full-time remote Donor Development Manager will develop and steward donor relationships, mobilize supporters for fundraising campaigns, and ensure revenue growth through effective partnerships and event execution.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a diversified revenue portfolio by engaging donors and corporate partners to drive mission impact
• Execute year-round fundraising campaigns and events, ensuring best-in-class practices to acquire new supporters
• Identify, recruit, and lead volunteer leadership to enhance market revenue growth and mission engagement

Required qualifications:

• Proven ability to plan and execute successful fundraising campaigns and events
• Experience in cultivating and securing major and planned gifts
• Demonstrated success in building corporate partnerships
• Experience in peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and retain high-level volunteers
