Donor Development Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Associate Director, the full-time remote Donor Development Manager will cultivate and manage a portfolio of donors, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth for maternal and child health initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a diversified donor revenue portfolio, moving donors through the donor continuum
• Engage and mobilize volunteers and corporate partners to increase mission impact and fundraising efforts
• Utilize CRM systems for data integrity and to implement strategic plans for donor stewardship and revenue generation

Required qualifications:

• Proven success in securing major and planned gifts
• Experience in cultivating corporate partnerships
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships across various sectors and communities
• Track record of recruiting and retaining high-level volunteer leaders
• Experience in planning and executing successful fundraising events
