Donor Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Donor Engagement Specialist to support donor cultivation, stewardship, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to donor inquiries in a timely and professional manner, including managing communications and phone coverage
• Act as the primary contact for major and bequest committed donors, designing engagement strategies and maintaining accurate records
• Develop and implement marketing plans for planned gifts and facilitate donor events and meetings with senior staff

Required Qualifications

• More than 4 years of experience in the non-profit sector in a fundraising role
• Experience discussing legacy giving or estate planning with donors
• Experience cultivating relationships with major donors
• Knowledge and experience with planned giving fundraising
• Valid driver's license and current authorization to work in the United States
