Key Responsibilities

• Locate and contact donors using various data sources and tools
• Conduct health screenings and coordinate blood draws while maintaining compliance with standards
• Establish and maintain relationships with donor operations and collaborating departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or a healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience
• Three years of experience in customer relations or direct patient interaction
• Knowledge of MS Office and advanced internet research skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of challenging files and multitask effectively
• Experience with basic word processing and data entry
