Donor Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Donor Engagement Specialist, Bilingual (Vietnamese) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and educate donors regarding their participation in the donation process
• Conduct health screenings and coordinate blood draws while maintaining donor confidentiality
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support donor operations and achieve departmental goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or a related healthcare field, or equivalent experience
• Three or more years of experience in customer relations or direct patient interaction
• Proficiency in MS Office and advanced internet research skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of challenging files and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with basic word processing and data entry
