Key Responsibilities

• Locate and contact donors using various tools and methods, including internet searches and social media
• Educate and engage donors about the donation process, addressing any misconceptions or barriers
• Conduct health screenings and coordinate blood draws while maintaining compliance with operational standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or a healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience
• Three or more years of experience in customer relations or direct patient interaction in a clinical setting
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic data entry skills
• Advanced internet research skills and familiarity with social media
• Ability to manage confidential information and demonstrate strong documentation practices
