Donor Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

To support donor engagement initiatives, the full-time Donor Engagement Specialist will manage donor communications, conduct health screenings, and coordinate donation processes while providing exceptional customer service in a mission-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Locate and contact donors using various data sources and internet research tools
• Educate donors about the donation process and address any misconceptions
• Coordinate appointments for blood draws and manage donor documentation in compliance with performance standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or a healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience
• Three plus years of experience in customer relations or direct patient interaction
• Proficiency in MS Office and advanced internet research skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage a high volume of challenging interactions
• Experience with data entry and documentation practices in a healthcare setting
