Donor Engagement Specialist
Job Summary
To strengthen donor relationships, the part-time contract Donor Engagement Specialist will manage a portfolio of mid-level donors through multi-channel outreach, execute stewardship strategies, and ensure timely responses to donor inquiries while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage 700-1,200 mid-level donors via phone, email, and mail
- Execute stewardship and cultivation strategies to retain and grow donor support
- Document donor interactions and meet service level agreements for donor requests
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of fundraising and the nonprofit sector
- Experience working with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Experience in telemarketing, fundraising, sales, or customer service
- Non-profit professional or volunteer experience preferred
