Donor Engagement Support

Job Summary

To support the Partnerships team, the part-time Donor Engagement Support role will focus on donor engagement KPI analysis, volunteering program support, and broader donor communications engagement in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Compile and organize data for Q2 donor engagement KPI review and assist in creating a donor engagement dashboard
• Support the rollout of global volunteering surveys and track incoming responses to enhance volunteer engagement
• Identify opportunities for increasing donor visibility and organize related news for internal use

Required qualifications

• Ability to manage and present data clearly, with experience in data tools like Power BI being a plus
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and follow through on tasks
• Adaptability to pick up new tools and processes, including survey platforms
• Proficiency in written English for compiling donor updates and reports
• Openness to a broad scope of work, welcoming candidates from various teams and backgrounds
