Job Summary
Providing comprehensive administrative and project support, the full-time Donor Experience Coordinator will assist the Donor Engagement team with stewardship, cultivation, and acquisition events while managing donor database entries, working onsite in Boston 1-2 days per week and remotely for the remainder.
Key responsibilities
- Support donor experience events, including venue search, invitation management, and material production
- Ensure timely updates and maintenance of donor records in Salesforce and Blackthorn databases
- Provide administrative support to the Donor Engagement team, including travel planning and processing expenses
Required qualifications
- 0-2 years of related experience
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working collaboratively in a team
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
