Job Summary

Providing comprehensive administrative and project support, the full-time Donor Experience Coordinator will assist the Donor Engagement team with stewardship, cultivation, and acquisition events while managing donor database entries, working onsite in Boston 1-2 days per week and remotely for the remainder.

Key responsibilities
  • Support donor experience events, including venue search, invitation management, and material production
  • Ensure timely updates and maintenance of donor records in Salesforce and Blackthorn databases
  • Provide administrative support to the Donor Engagement team, including travel planning and processing expenses
Required qualifications
  • 0-2 years of related experience
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working collaboratively in a team
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
