Job Summary

A company is looking for a Donor Information Associate 3.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate donor eligibility and manage donor medical records with accuracy
• Collaborate with external partners to gather complete medical information
• Conduct quality reviews and assist in training other associates

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 6+ years of chart reviewing experience
• 5 years of industry experience preferred
• CTBS certification preferred
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
