Job Summary

Dedicated to making a positive difference, the full-time Donor Outreach Coordinator will engage with current, previous, and potential donors to schedule blood donations at local blood drives while providing exceptional customer service in a remote setting.

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• One year of customer service experience preferred
• Call center experience preferred
