Job Summary

Dedicated to making a positive difference, the full-time Donor Outreach Coordinator will engage with current, previous, and potential donors to schedule blood donations at local drives while providing excellent customer service in a remote work environment.

• Retain donors by scheduling appointments and addressing customer service concerns effectively

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• One year of customer service experience preferred
• Call center experience preferred
