Job Summary

Dedicated to making a positive difference, the full-time Donor Outreach Coordinator will engage with current, previous, and potential donors to schedule blood donations at local drives while providing exceptional customer service in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance the donor experience by inspiring and assisting donors in scheduling their donations
• Collaborate within a supportive team to contribute to a positive work environment and achieve goals
• Retain donors by resolving customer service concerns and ensuring accurate coding of donor records

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• One year of customer service experience preferred
• Call center experience preferred
